The very quirky and very funny Kate Dempsey will be the guest speaker at the Boyne Writers Open Mic session at Knightsbridge Village Hall this Thursday. The combination of great poet, (both performance and otherwise) and one of the friendliest writing groups in the country should be too good to miss.I am genuinely very distressed that I am in work this Thursday night and will be unable to attend. However, my absence should ensure the weather stays fine.
