a brazen ecstasy which begs
the question some of us are asking -
is Peter Goulding multi-tasking?"

And the seed fell on Stony ground

Dear Peter,
As Editor of The Stony Thursday Book 2011 it is my great pleasure to inform you that your poem The Church of the Battered Biscuit Tin has been selected by me for this year’s publication. I would like to thank you for submitting your work, I really enjoyed having the opportunity to read it. The official launch of The Stony Thursday Book 2011 will be at 7pm on Thursday, October 13th. in The Belltable Arts Centre in Limerick, and if you are able to attend I look forward to meeting you then. A copy of The Stony Thursday Book 2011 will be sent to you by post following the launch...

After several years of not managing to get in to the hallowed pages of the Stony Thursday, I've now cracked it two years on the trot. I'm still reading last year's actually - it's a huge compendium of different voices and its great to dip in and out of.

Seems I'm in good company this year too. The sublime Orla Fay is in there too!
