a brazen ecstasy which begs
the question some of us are asking -
is Peter Goulding multi-tasking?"

Revival 20 and Poet of Fingal

Belatedly got around to finishing Revival 20 last night. Always an enjoyable read, the sheer breadth of the voices on the page is an inspiration in itself. The very talented Tom Moloney has a wonderful villanelle in it and I'm becoming a big fan of Richard Halperin, although I've never met him.
Teri Murray is currently accepting submissions for Revival 21 up until September 15th. For submission guidelines see here

The Poet of Fingal award (aka the Who-will--finish-second-to-Tommy-Murray award) takes place tomorrow night in the Carnegie Court Hotel, North Street, Swords. Meath poet Tommy Murray seems to win this annually and doubtless he'll be up there again tomorrow night. My poem is about Andorra. What that has to do with Fingal, I have no idea.

Sadly I am in work and won't be able to make it.
