a brazen ecstasy which begs
the question some of us are asking -
is Peter Goulding multi-tasking?"

Percy French Shortlist

Churchtown's Siobhan's Flynn writes to me to tell me that she was the person who scooped second place in the Percy French Competition last Friday. In my report on the evening here, I apologised for not taking note of the names, believing them to be still up on the website

Oh well, maybe they'll put us back up in time. In the meantime, just in case they don't, these are the seven finalists selected out of over 300 entries.

Siobhan Flynn, Churchtown, Dublin

Dee Gaynor, London / Kent

Peter Goulding, Castaheany, Dublin

John McDonagh, Ballymote, co Sligo

Martin Parker, Devon

Mary Reaney, Lucan, co. Dublin

Elisabeth Rowe, Devon

I have to say I didn't envy Declan O'Brien his task!
