A nice touch from Iota

A nice touch from the organisers of the Iota Poetry Competition, wot I entered some time last year. Today I received an email from them
.
Hello
Thank you for submitting your work to the Iota International Poetry Competition, which was safely received. We are now in the latter stages of reading and judging the poems submitted and the winning authors will be contacted in March. There will be an awards event and reading at the University of Gloucestershire on 19th April.
Further details will be posted on the Iota website in March.I wish you well with your submission.
Best wishes
-------------- Iota Competition
PS. If you have a larger body of work you may be interested in submitting to the 2010 Templar Poetry Pamphlet & Collection Prizes. Details are posted on the Templar Poetry website at www.templarpoetry.co.uk

How refreshing of them to keep us in touch. In 2008, I actually got a 'Commended' from a poetry competition in England and only found out through a friend months later.
