Snakeskin is an excellent online poetry journal run by George Simmers. It comes out every month and has rolling submissions and themed issues and all that sort of thing - http://homepages.nildram.co.uk/~simmers/I was fortunate enough to have one of my poems published in the November 2009 issue. Always a good read.
