Shot Glass Journal Issue #6 has been posted to the Muse-Pie Press site. In Issue #6, not only does Shot Glass Journal continue to broaden the international flavor of its poets from Canada, Curacao, England, Ireland, Italy, New Zealand, Spain, Switzerland, Wales and the US, but it introduces the widest age range of poets, from high school student to retiree. The reader will find a variety of poetry from contemporary free verse to more formal poetry forms including the Butterfly Cinquain, Cinquain, Ekphrastic, Monostich, Prose poem, Sonnet, Syllabic, Tanka prose, and Terza Rima. Be sure to visit the Writer’s Archive which links the poems of all of our previously published poets to the archived issue in which they were published. Feel free to leave a comment on our Comment Page by clicking on the “Leave Comment” in the upper left corner. Submissions are now being accepted at musepiepress@aol.com for Shot Glass #7. The reading period ends June 15, 2012.
