Great news on the publishing front that the Artist Formerly Known as 120 Socks, the very lovely Louise Phillips, whose blog I have been following avidly, has been given a two book publishing deal by Hachette Publishing. Her first novel Red Ribbons will be in bookshops from October 2012, though it will be a trade paperback a couple of months before that. As my concentration span will never allow me to write a novel, this is the nearest I will come to it!

She's so great... her drive is just amazing! We were talking the whole time she was writing the book and her determination was a sigh to behold. Totally deserves her deal :)
