To paraphrase Magaret Thatcher (and that is not a phrase I ever imagined myself using) we are a grandfather.
Jason Goulding born 8.58am in the Rotunda Hospital. 7lbs 14ozs. Mother (Amy) and baby doing well. Father (Neil) gone all soft. Granny (Monica) in her element.
yay, congrats and welcome to the newest gooulding, love the cutey cardi!! grandparents have a great life...
ReplyDeleteCongratulations! Grandparenthood is even betterr than you can imagine!
ReplyDeleteYou know I'm on pain meds right? The first thing I was going to say was "ooh - he has your same last name!" Congratulations!
ReplyDeleteCongratulations! So precious and he's already wearing a gorgeous sweater! It must be chilly in Ireland because I can't even imagine an infant in a sweater around here in August. Welcome to planet earth, Jason!
ReplyDeleteAnd what about Grandad!!?
ReplyDeleteHe's an Angel! Well done Amy and Neil, and congrats on becoming a Grandaddy! I'm sure you'll spoil him up real good.
ReplyDelete(Now you can write that obligatory Mythological poem and use Jason and the Argonauts as a starting point.)
All the best!
Kat
Many thanks to all. Grandad is of course chuffed. Chilly in Ireland, Jeanne? Never!
ReplyDeleteCongratulations to all, Pete! Little Jason is adorable.
ReplyDeleteEnjoy every minute of him...
BTW, I'd trade some of that chilly Irish weather for some
of the sweltering weather we're having here in Florida (down in
Disney World with my son).
Oh so sweet, congratulations!
ReplyDeleteHappy Days... maybe not the nights... but not your problem this time!
