"Seven bums and fourteen legs,
a brazen ecstasy which begs
the question some of us are asking -
is Peter Goulding multi-tasking?"

Sentinel Literary Quarterly

I see that the hugely talented Richard W. Halperin has gained yet another highly commended, this time in the January 2011 Sentinel Literary Quarterly Poetry competition. The judge, Mandy Pannett, described his poem, A Bicycle Wheel, as exceptional.
Somehow, I managed to scrape a commended with "The victims have been named" and the judge had some very head-swellingly nice things to say about it. That will keep me going for a good while now!!
All the commendeds, highly commendeds and winners will have our poems published in Sentinel Champions #7, in August 2011.
