Okay, random video of the week. It may be hard to believe but once upon a time the Boomtown Rats were one of the brightest bands to explode out of the punk scene and many of us carried a torch for them for a long time. Their first three singles - Looking after Number One, She's so Modern and Mary of the Fourth Form - were absolute classics and the future looked bright.
Then came Rat Trap, followed by Mondays.

ReplyDeleteDFTP - no need to apologise. Despite the fact I don't like it, it was still better than most of the stuff that was in the charts!
