Very sad to hear today of the death, at the scandalously young age of 51, of Dermot Bolger's wife, Bernie.
One of our more accessible major poets, Dermot has been very kind to me, giving me interviews at the drop of a hat down through the years. A lovely man and my thoughts are with him and the family today.
