Away for a few days

Okay, thanks to the volcano, we're flying out at 6.25 am to Paris Beauvais, staying three nights in Arras
(behind which Hamlet stabbed Polonius, as I remember) returning late Tuesday night, plumes of smoke permitting. Doing the Somme / Ypres thing.
21 year old son and canary left at home. The canary's in charge.

  1. Dear Peter: Have a wonderful continental sojourn in France. Which part of Franch is your fav? My daughter went to the Loraine district. The best wine I have ever tasted without any sulfur. In Canada we get the preservatives in wine which make it taste "terrible". Enjoy the visit; praying for the gods of air to disperse the smoke plume soon! Visualize the extinquished volcano like wet fingers dousing a flame on a match. It worked last time! (did this of FB). Guess we will have to do it again! (let's see if it works again! If so, we're onto something and should bottle and sell it!). Ypres eh? WWII?
