a brazen ecstasy which begs
the question some of us are asking -
is Peter Goulding multi-tasking?"

Each entry should be accompanied by the appropriate fee of £3 per poem. Cheques/Postal orders should be in sterling and payable to SOUTHPORT WRITERS’ CIRCLE.4. A maximum of 40 lines per poem is allowed.5. The closing date for entries will be 30th April 2010

2)Poetry London competition

Decent prizes. Judge is Michael Longley. Closing date 31st May. £5 per poem

Closing date April 30th..£3 per poem, £10 for 4 poems, £2.50 for subsequent poems

And why are none of them for me. Because they want sterling cheques or postal orders. Anybody been to an Irish bank recently?

  1. I have a sterling chequebook. We could come to an agreement, if you're desparate...

  2. Ah Kate, that's very kind of you. But I'm not desperate. I take the attitude that international competitions that can't do Paypal don't deserve my patronage!!
