is Peter Goulding multi-tasking?"

Stony Thursday book

Received my contributor's copy of the Stony Thursday book last week - a seriously chunky book produced annually by Limerick City Council featuring 100 poets on 158 pages.
There are actually very few names I recognise out of the 100, which shows that there's an awful amount of poets out there. Those I have heard of include Tommy Murray, Noel King, Noel Harrington, Eamon Lynskey, Richard W. Halperin, Ed O'Dwyer, Knute Skinner, Clairr O'Connor, KV Skene, Teri Murray, Gabriel Rosenstock and Simon O'Faolain. Do I detect a south-westerly connection between many of those?
Anyway, I'm delighted to be in there and the book will be a handy bedside read for me for a month or so.
The only thing is - for such a respected collection, I can find precious little about it online and even had to take a photo of the cover myself propped up against the iron (the book, not me)

  1. Hope the iron wasn't turned on! Well done again for getting in there.

  2. You iron? Your wife's a lucky woman!

Knute? Must be a Dane, is he?

It sounds a great book. My goodness! If there were an award for ubiquitousness, I think you'd win it, hands down!

  3. I iron, but only my own stuff. My wife says if I ruin my clothes I've only myself to blame, but I'm not ruining hers.
Knute, I believe, is an American, living a long time in Kerry.
